Obesity is a major contributing factor to the deterioration of health. We have the training and resources to help guide your weight loss and help you maintain a healthy weight. Behavior patterns can be hard to break but our continuity, accountability, and planning can help you succeed.

R4 Healthy Lifestyle

Overview/Brief

Our R4 weight loss program is a 12-week medically supervised weight loss program, focusing on nutrition and creating healthy lifestyle habits. Patients are seen in the office once a week to tackle their weight loss challenges, learn healthy eating habits, and address their relationship with food, in order to lose weight and keep it off, for life.

Medications are prescribed at the provider’s discretion and based on
each individual’s need. Prescription medications are not guaranteed with
this program.

Weight loss and weight maintenance are about appropriate nutrition and having a changed mindset about food. In order to be successful in this program, you must commit to the following:

1. Obtaining baseline blood work (Labs may be covered by insurance. If not, cash price for all labs is $165)

  • Complete blood count (CBC)
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)
  • Hemoglobin A1C
  • Lipid panel
  • Thyroid stimulating hormone
  • Free T4
  • Insulin
  • C-peptide

2. Once a week in-person office visits for 12 weeks

3. Following the R4 treatment plan

4. Obtaining the aforementioned labs after completing the 12-week program
